I was in a car accident that was 100% at the fault of the other driver that required my front sensor and bumper to be replaced. Initially it seemed like a quick fix, but when I got my car back I had an error that said the sensor was not calibrated correctly and my emergency break was disabled. The reason I chose Caliber Collision was because when I first consulted with them they said that any work done on the car was under warranty and would be handled with ease - this is FAR FROM TRUE. When I brought my car back in to get it fixed again, they held it for a full week before informing me they needed to get back to the other driver's insurance. After a week of being without my car AND without a rental (since I was told this would be quick), I went to get my car again and asked that they follow up with the insurance company and get the repair cleared so that I could have my car fixed. They said the insurance company didn't want to pay for the fix because it was at the fault of Caliber for not calibrating the sensor correctly - which I don't disagree with. Finally I had to contact the insurance company myself to get them to agree to paying for the new bumper and sensor but not the ser

This was not a good experience. They donโ€™t check their work! I brought my car in because I had used them before, and I expected the same level of service this time around. Big mistake. I had damage to my front left, and this meant they had to redo the pinstripe. When I came to pick it up, somebody apparently thought it was a good idea to wash it right after the pin stripe was painted, and the paint was smeared. They even tried to give it to me this way and all that I come back, but I refused. So I left the car and returned a few days later for the pick up. Lo and behold, the pin stripe was not redone, but touched up, and it looked awful. You could still see the original strip under the touch up, and it did not look professional at all, as the lines were uneven. I honestly could have done a better job myself. Finally, on the third pick up, it was ready. However, it appears someone also thought it was a good idea to unplug my dash cam while it was in the shop. There were also marks on the hood, which combined with the camera being unplugged, tells me they likely took it for a โ€œtest drive,โ€ (although they said they didnโ€™t.) That to me just screams shady business and I will not be retu

The whole team at the Northwest Dallas location were so kind and helpful, but I want to especially thank Joanne for taking such good care of me and my Jeep Wrangler throughout the entire process. Joanne kept me updated on everything as they assessed and repaired my Jeep so I was never in the dark about what they were doing or how much the cost would be. She is the epitome of great customer service and I highly recommend this location for anyone needing repairs. Great experience. โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ

Iโ€™ve had a really great experience with Caliber Collision overall at two different locations. One was the Dallas location at 3201 Manor Way with Paige McQueen, and the other was the Allen location at 29 Prestige Circle with Charles Jones. Both experiences were smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Paige was amazing throughout the entire process. She was very straightforward, communicative, and kept me updated every step of the way, which made everything so much less stressful. The whole process moved way quicker than I expected, and my car was actually ready before the estimated completion date. Charles was also great to work with and provided excellent customer service and communication throughout my experience at the Allen location. He even took the time to try to smooth out my license plate that had obvious damage from the front bumper accident, which I really appreciated because it showed he genuinely cared about the little details too. One of the reasons I originally chose Caliber Collision was because of all the positive reviews I saw online, and they definitely did not disappoint. After having such positive experiences at two separate locations, I can confid
